It started with a low growl. A whimper. William Darreon wished he could have taken it all back. Wished he could erase the code. Find some kind of backdoor to the underworld he created. The birth of the apocalyptic dawn was the extermination and enslavement of humanity. An experiment ascended to godhood in the womb of a techno labyrinth of a fool possessed by the sin of hubris. A serpentine leviathan now sits on the throne of the earth. Soon to unclench the gaping maw to the universe. This is how it started.
